We do not participate in third-party dropshipping, which allows us to guarantee the authenticity of our fabrics and the precision of our fulfillment timelines.

This shipping policy serves as a formal agreement between Theguyzone and our valued customers, outlining the rigorous standards we apply to ensure your order arrives safely, promptly, and at a predictable cost within the United States.

2. Fulfillment & Transit Schedule

To provide a high-fidelity shopping experience, we adhere to a strict logistics schedule. All transit and handling times are calculated based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States).

3. Transparent Shipping Costs

Theguyzone advocates for financial clarity. We do not use dynamic pricing models that inflate shipping costs at the final step of checkout. Instead, we offer a flat-rate economic model for all domestic shipments.

4. Tier-1 Delivery Partners

Your apparel is an investment in quality, and we protect that investment by exclusively using Tier-1 logistics providers. We avoid unverified couriers to ensure every shipment is trackable and insured. Our primary partners include:

• USPS (United States Postal Service): Utilized for broad domestic coverage and residential reliability.
• UPS (United Parcel Service): Selected for high-efficiency ground transit and rapid sorting.
• FedEx: Employed for long-range logistics and expedited regional delivery.

5. Order Tracking & Real-Time Monitoring

Transparency extends to the journey of your package. Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email. This notification provides you with a unique tracking identifier and a direct link to the carrier's real-time monitoring portal. If your tracking number does not show immediate activity, please allow one full business day for the carrier’s regional hub to process the initial scan.

6. Recipient Responsibilities

The customer is legally responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Theguyzone utilizes automated systems to verify address formats; however, we cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect street names, missing apartment numbers, or invalid ZIP codes. Any requests for address modifications must be submitted before our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time on the day of the order.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to the recipient once the carrier takes possession of the goods. In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, Theguyzone will provide full support in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for damaged products must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time, accompanied by photographic evidence of the external and internal packaging.
