Transparency in Fulfillment | Effective April 2026

1. Our Rapid Fulfillment commitment

At Theguyzone, our self-manufacturing and logistics systems are optimized for speed. Because we aim to maintain a 1-day handling time, orders enter the production and sorting phase almost immediately after purchase. This efficiency is designed to get your premium apparel to you as quickly as possible, but it also means there is a very limited window for cancellations or modifications.

To ensure a smooth logistics flow, we adhere to the following timeframes for any requests regarding order status changes.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email support@theguyzone.shop immediately with the subject line: "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Your Order Number]". Our support team monitors emails during our operating hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST) to process these requests before the items enter production.

Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed over to our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we can no longer cancel the shipment. In such cases, you will need to follow our 60-day Return Policy once the item arrives.

4. Address and Information Accuracy

As per our Shipping Policy, customers are responsible for the accuracy of their delivery data. Because our cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, any address changes requested after this time may not be implemented before dispatch. Theguyzone is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout if the modification request was sent after the handling phase began.

5. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method. As with our standard refund policy, please allow 10 business days for the transaction to be processed by your bank or credit card provider. You will receive a confirmation email the moment the refund is initiated.
