What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
It’s fault-based: Theguyzone covers costs for defective or wrong items. For “change of mind” or wrong size ordered, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We charge a $6.99 Flat Rate. Total delivery takes 4–9 business days (1-2 days handling + 3-7 days transit).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchase. Please note minor variations (1-3cm) are natural in garment production.
How should I wash my new clothes?
To preserve fabric quality, we recommend a gentle cold wash and hanging to dry. Avoid bleach or high-heat drying for our Blouses and Dresses.
