1. Order Cancellations
Before Processing: We guarantee a full refund if requested within 12 hours of ordering.
After Shipped: Once a shipping label is created or the package is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return Policy upon arrival.
2. Order Modifications
We can support the following changes if the order has not been processed:
- Address or contact info updates.
- Swapping sizes, colors, or styles.
- Adding or removing items.
3. Shipped Orders
Once an order is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), no changes can be made. If you provided an incorrect address, you may attempt to contact the carrier directly to reroute the package, though carrier fees may apply.
4. How to Request a Change
Email us immediately with the subject: “Urgent: Order Change/Cancellation #[Order Number]”. We typically respond within 24 hours.
