Fault-Based Shipping
1. Shop’s Responsibility
Theguyzone will cover 100% of return and reshipment costs if:
- The item is defective (torn, broken zipper, etc.).
- The wrong size, color, or style was sent.
- Items were damaged during transit.
2. Customer’s Responsibility
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
3. Reporting Period
For issues caused by the shop (damage or errors), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. For standard returns (customer fault), the window is 30 days.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items.
5. Item Condition
To be eligible for any return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
